Recently, “Mayland Group Brand Strategy Upgrading Ceremony & Mayland M?LIVE Plaza Global Business Partners Signing Ceremony” was held in Guangzhou. At the event, Mayland Group released its new brand positioning and diversified layout strategy. Meanwhile, Mayland Group’s first large-scale commercial project - Mayland M?LIVE Plaza officially signed with Sam’s Club and IKEA.

It is reported that Mayland M?LIVE Plaza is positioned as a one-stop family leisure shopping center with a total planned building area of over 280,000 square meters, and about to open in August 2019. Mayland M?LIVE Plaza, at the intersection of Tianhe District and Huangpu District of Guangzhou, and the cover of subway Sanxi Station, connects Guangzhou International Finance City in the west and Huangpu Lingang Business District in the east, located at the core of 2nd CBD.

Mayland M?LIVE Plaza is characterized by 10 business types such as boutique retail, shoes & clothing and children’s playground, which has attracted numerous well-known brands at home and abroad to settle in, aiming to co-create seven core experiences, including fashion shopping, fashion catering and movie entertainment. The project will also support the construction of a public square, covering thousands of square meters to provide recreational and public facilities for residents in surrounding communities.
